Prosecutor Princess, New Korean Drama 2010

The press conference of new SBS Korean drama ‘Prosecutor Princess’ was held at Seoul’s SBS headquarters on March 23. This fun drama directed by Jin Hyuk is starred by Kim So-yeon (as Ma Hye-ri), Park Shi-hoo (as Seo In-woo), Han Jeong-su (as Yoon Se-joon), Choi Song-hyun (as Jin Jeong-seon), and Park Jeong-ah (as Jenny Ahn).

At the conference, Director Jin Hyuk who had also helmed ‘Shining Inheritance’, said that he had confidence to presenting the fun romantic comedy genre for audiences by saying, “I tried to make a fun drama and I think it will be a fun drama”. The drama portrays “A society newbie clashing with the society and the world and how she changes”, Jin Hyuk explained. The executive producer Kim Young-seop commented, “It is a romantic comedy but one which remains authentic about life and love”.

Kim So-yeon who took a change-image from the previous drama makes this drama has been buzzed before the release. So-yeon who has grown out of the strong character in KBS2 TV series ‘IRIS’ will change to be a talented and fashionable prosecutor. “I found a role that is really befitting for me and that I can show myself in”, her comment for her new role.

The drama will be released on March 31, 2010 replacing ‘Obstetrics And Gynecology Doctors’, while in the same time KBS2 drama ‘Cinderella’s Sister’ and MBC drama ‘Personal Preference’ is released. Will ‘Princess Prosecutor’ be able to occupy a dominant position?
