Jung Woo Sung & Cha Seung Won’s Character Photos from ‘Athena’

Here are the character posters of two leads from upcoming action-spy Korean drama ‘Athena: Goddess of War’, Jung Woo Sung and Cha Seung Won. Yup! As you can see their charisma are just out from their inner side. Show us how the tough spy guy figure is.

The photos above are Jung Woo Sung’s. He portrays a character named Lee Jung Woo, a spy agent with the NTS, a counter-terrorist organization. He forms a romance relationship with Soo Ae’s character. His figure has become an inspiration for his juniors, like Choi Si Won’s character. He takes on heroic missions like saving the president’s daughter played by Lee Bo Young. Yeah.. It’s no wonder if people compare his character to James Bond, moreover he appears in a tux like Bond’s image does.

Meanwhile, the photos below are Cha Seung Won’s. He plays as a key force from a secret organization called Athena (like IRIS in the original series), that aims to seize power. He will fatefully meet with the agents of the NTS, when they try to save the daughter of the Korean president who is abducted in Italy. There are no more clues about Cha’s character which mention him whether he is a bad guy or a dark type of good guy.

‘Athena’ has boasted to its large cast from the beginning. However the unveiled photos are only two of them. That means they will unveil the other character posters one by one to make the promo as long as possible. The other cast who hasn’t come out are Soo Ae, Kim Min Jong, Lee Bo Young, Lee Ji Ah, and Choi Si Won.
