Here are what you’ve been waiting! The first looks of the most discussed couple from teen Korean drama ‘Playful Kiss’. The stills were taken at a residential area in Sungbokdong, Seoul on July 24th. That was the first filming for its leads Kim Hyun Joong and Jung So Min, according to Group Eight.
The pictures are from the scene where Baek Seung Jo (played by Kim Hyun Joong) and Oh Hani (Jung So Min) are bickering at one another on their way to school. Since both have started living together (Hani’s family moves in to Seung Jo’s house due to her house is wrecked), Seung Jo coldly reminds Hani to pretend as if she doesn’t know him while at school. But, Hani responds with grumbling and complaining towards Seung Jo.
Group Eight revealed, “When it came time for these two to commence filming, the staff erupted into applause and congratulated them on their first official filming”. They also added, “Kim Hyun Joong and Jung So Min responded with warm and bright smiles”
Kim also shared to us his first filming experience, “The first shooting began today, and when I heard the cue sign from the director, I then realized that the filming has officially begun”. He also added, “Aside from Yoon Ji Hoo’s character of ‘Boys Over Flowers’, I have been reborn as Baek Seung Jo of ‘Playful Kiss’. I will give my best to make this the best drama.”
Its female lead Jung So Min also gave her opinion about her first filming, “The director keeps watching and directs me well, and I’ve realized that he give his full concentration towards the actors and actresess.” She also stated, “Since I’m only a new one in acting, I will try my best to display my natural and pure sides.”
‘Playful Kiss’ will premiere on September 1st through MBC.
And here are the pictures from drama’s previous shooting. The first picture features Hani and her two best friends while hang out together. The second is Jung Hye Young‘s who plays as Seung Jo’s mother. She intends to make a match Seung Jo and Hani.

whoa! already saw the full series and my gosh I melted! Been spending 4 days to watch it over the net but it’s really worth it! How I love the character of Hyun Joong as Baek Seung Jo. I just wonder if they had similarities in their character in person.. Keep it up always smile!
