In addition to the idol star-studded cast of the upcoming campus-music drama ‘Dream High 2’, After School’s leader Kahi and ex-member Yoo So Young have been cast to play a teacher and student at the Kirin Arts High School, respectively.
With both got onboard, it’s aroused the excitement of fans as they will see again these two ex-groupmates on screen together and the curiosity whether they’ll be rivals in the drama.
This will mark Kahi’s acting debut and Yoo’s second acting project after her departure from After School back in 2009. Yoo’s acting debut was in KBS’s ‘Women of Our Home’.
‘Dream High 2’ has attached the names of T-ara’s Jiyeon, 2AM’s Jinwoon, SISTAR’s Hyorin, and Kang So Ra for the main characters, as well as Kim Jung Tae, Choi Yeo Jin, and Kwon Hae Hyo for the supporting roles. It premieres on January 30.
